Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Price Guaranteed for 12 months

If our prices rise within 12 months of you opening a shared hosting, we will not increase the price you pay for that account until after the 1 year anniversary of opening that account.

15-day Guarantee

We operate a 15-day guarantee for all our shared hosting accounts. This means that if you want to cancel your account within 15 days of opening it, we will refund your payment and close your account. If you would like to close your account, this must be done by using our e-mail form.

We may ask for feedback on why you are closing the account, but you do not have to answer it. The only thing we ask is that you confirm you DO want to close the account by replying to the confirmation email we send to the email address(es) we have on record.

This guarantee does not apply under the following circumstances:

When A.N.A Publishing Limited cancel the account in accordance with our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
When our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service have been breached by the customer or any of their users.
When the customer exceeds the plan allowances within this period. In this instance, any additional charges will be due immediately and no refund will be provided.
