How to Pay
This document applies to the sale of all goods and services on this web site.
A.N.A Publishing Limited accept only the following methods of payment :
- Payment via cheque or online only for Managed Web Services
- Payment via PayPal
- Payment via Credit Card
Payment Via Cheque -A company or personal cheque is the only way customers may pay for our Managed Web Solutions, including Hosting, Design and Search Engine Optimisation.
Payment via PayPal - If customers wish to pay us via Paypal your request will be acted on as soon as the money is deposited into our account.
Payment via Credit Card - This is the easiest way to make your payment. We will issue customers with a URL. You will be directed to a PayPal payments page. Once you have reached this page, please click the "Buy Now" button, then select the option “If you do not currently have a PayPal account” and follow the online instruction. For security, this link will expire after 24 hours. If you choose to use this method of payment, your request will be acted on as soon as the money is deposited into our account.
Payment Terms.
All invoices from A.N.A Publishing Limited will be sent electronically sent via E-Mail and deemed immediately received.
Please be aware, NO goods or services will be provided by A.N.A Publishing without payment in full.
Web Hosting clients will be barred from accessing e-mail(s) and ftp servers and your web site will be taken off-line until payment has been received in full. There will be a non-refundable £50 re-activation fee, payable before re-activation.
Managed Web Service clients will be asked to pay a deposit of up to half the total amount on commencement of the plan. The other half, will be due in month 6 of the 12 month contract. Customers may be entitled to a discount if paying the full yearly balance at the time of ordering.
Web Design clients may be asked to pay a deposit of up to half of total amount due, before work commences. The rest will be due on completion, before the site is set live. The site will not be released until payment has been made in full.
Search Engineering clients will be asked to pay a deposit of up to half of the total amount due, before work commences. The other half, will be due in month 6 of the 12 month contract.
A.N.A Publishing Limited reserve the right to cancel customer account(s) if payment has not been received in full within working 7 days of the anniversary date or invoice date.
If the full invoice total is not received within one month (30 days)from the date of raising the invoice, action will be taken to recover the outstanding debt, services to the account holder will be terminated without notice.
