Web Design Process

Before you begin, you should write down all of the text, products and services you will have on your site and produce a detailed drawing showing how pages on your site will be structured along with the content and pictures.
You should aim to make the navigation as simple as possible. It is a good idea to Write down all of your ideas and not to reject any at this stage. See our article on "how to design a good web site" for more information.
If you will be using images, the best ones to use will be the ones you take yourself. If you plan on using images from other sources, be sure you get the correct permission. When selecting images, try to select the most appropriate ones for the page as these will enhance the users experience.
As far as possible to have one theme per page as this will benefit you in keeping your user's interest and returning to your web site.
Try to make your page as interesting and informative as possible, maybe add some interactive elements e.g. (a quiz, music etc).
One of the best pieces of advice is to spend time looking at other web sites.
Be as creative and consistent as possible.
Remember it is not possible to please everyone.
You should spend time thinking about who your user's are and what you would like to achieve from your site.
Always put your user's first.
A web site is a never ending process, you should always be looking a ways o improve and update it.
