Web Design Terms and Conditions
- Before any work begins A.N.A Publishing Limited will take an initial deposit, this being a percentage of the total monies due.
- Clear and detailed instructions will be provided by the client before any work commences.
- We will provide a full written quotation, including a timeline and the work we will carry out.
- The client must sign and return this document before we begin any work on your web-site.
- We reserve the right to amend our quotation, should the client’s original requirements change.
- We will require a deposit of 50%, payable before we commence any work. The remainder will be payable on completion of the site.
- Any queries should be received in writing within 7 days of invoice date.
- The client will be responsible for all bank charges resulting from a dishonored cheque.
- All invoices are due for payment within 7 days of the date of invoice. Under the Late Payments of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1988 we reserve the right to charge interest of 6% above the bank interest rate on all overdue accounts.
- If payment is not received within 10 days of the date of invoice we reserve the right to withdraw the website from the clients use until the outstanding payment has been settled.
- Training on maintenance can be given if required, please enquire for details. This will be charged at our hourly rate.
- All email and cd’s will be scanned using up to date Virus definitions. Although every endeavor will be undertaken, no warranty can be given in this respect and you must rely on your own virus protection software.
- The client is responsible for final proof reading of any material entered by us on their behalf. We will rectify our own errors free of charge but these must be notified to us in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the completed work.
- Client amendments will be charged at our hourly rate of £70 or part of.
- All photographs, logos, images and text must be supplied in advance of the project start date.
- A.N.A Publishing Limited agrees to meet any agreed programme of work but does not accept responsibility for delays incurred that are beyond our control.
- A.N.A Publishing Limited will produce 2 designs, in which the client will narrow down to one - this will form the final layout of the site. Clients will be charged at our hourly rate for further designs.
- Once a project has been completed, any alterations or additions will be charged at our normal hourly rate of £70 or part of.
- Our liability under this agreement is limited to the price of the work.
- Confidentiality is considered to be one of the most important aspects of our work. Discretion is assured and if requested we can provide you with, and enter into, a full Confidentiality Agreement.
